Jack Smith: "This motion provides a comprehensive account of the defendant's private criminal conduct ... and requests the relief the Government seeks, which is, at bottom, this: that the Court determine that the defendant must stand trial for his private crimes as would any other citizen."

This motion
provides a comprehensive account of the defendant's private criminal conduct; sets forth the legal
framework created by Trump for resolving immunity claims; applies that framework to establish
that none of the defendant's charged conduct is immunized because it either was unofficial or any
presumptive immunity is rebutted; and requests the relief the Government seeks, which is, at bottom, this: that the Court determine that the defendant must stand trial for his private crimes as
would any other citizen.

Woooow. So if I understand you, he’s basically written up the entire case and possibly other cases and the judge just…posted it?

Given the citation of a tweet on page 10 that contains redacted names, it’s easy to identify some of them: CC1: Rudy Giuliani P10: Joseph diGenova P11: Victoria Toensing CC3: Sidney Powell P12: Jenna Ellis

When a colleague told Trump co-conspirator P5, "We think [a batch of votes heavily in Biden's favor is] right," P5 responded, 'find a reason it isnt,' 'give me options to file litigation,' and 'even if itbis [sic].'" When the colleague feared a riot, P5 responded, "Make them riot" and "Do it!!!"

In the immediate post-election period, while the defendant claimed fraud without proof, his private operatives sought to create chaos, rather than seek clarity, at polling places where states were continuing to tabulate votes. For example, on November 4, PS -a Campaign employee, agent, and co-conspirator of the defendant— tried to sow confusion when the ongoing vote count at the TCF Center in Detroit, Michigan, looked unfavorable for the defendant. There, when a

colleague at the TCF Center told PS "We think [a batch of votes heavily in Biden's favor is] right,"17 PS responded, "find a reason it isnt," "give me options to file litigation," and "even

if itbis [sic]."18 When the colleague suggested that there was about to be unrest reminiscent of the Brooks Brothers Riot," a violent effort to stop the vote count in Florida after the 2000 presidential election, responded, "Make them riot" and "Do it!!!"20

This is still insane to have to write. SCOTUS and their immunity ruling is a completely asinine way to assess criminal culpability by the President. Must have been frustrating to do this.

SCOTUS has shredded the entire purpose not just of the constitution but the revolution itself. America is supposed to have no King. Smith is trying to preserve even a shred of that idea. I fear for the outcome
