Thinking about my relationship to time off, and wondering if maybe my parent’s insistence that literally everything I had and did was educational was not actually…good for me™️ Weird. Who’d have thought that play and rest could be good for kids, and not reserved for adults with liquor cabinets. 🤷🏻‍♂️
