My feelings on 5 are maybe pre-baked from when there was still an affordable housing measure on the ballot in the Bay Area whose passage looked like it would be contingent on the simultaneous passage of 5. Also: would help with bonding for transit expansion too, right?

With the passage of #AB2503, agencies can't use NIMBYs/outrageous costs as an excuse to avoid wires. Up next, we need to fund train electrification so it can compete on a level playing field with highly subsidized hydrogen!

Like i get that it doesn’t rain and we’re in a perennial drought so cleaning sidewalks is tricky but have people considered not doing it in the least effective/most obnoxious fashion?
