Is the Daddy thing new? I've honestly never seen that before and it's mildly upsetting, even beyond the heinous other stuff.
During Trump's inauguration in '17, a late-nite host (kimmel i think) sent a guy to ham it up and mock supporters. That is where i first heard the phrase. His delivery made it funny.
