Ah yes the Dames, the residents of the Almshouses. I remember reading about them the last time I visited.

It's known as The Old Hall, right by St Mary's Church in Temple Balsall. The Hall was used as the senior court for the Knights Templar in Warwickshire. I think it dates from the 12th century originally.
