I'd already pegged George C. Marshall as my top citizen in the 20th Century and damned if I forgot Jimmy Carter's many, many contributions. Thanks, and Now I'm adding Carter to my clearly the best list. No LBJ isn't on it, but I loved him as is humanly possible as a politician, real and flawed.
