Wonagawa (2014), from the director of Hellevator, is xx-tra budget, but has heart and a fun trapped-in-time sensibility, playing in a junkyard of JP cyberpunk. The characters too are scavengers, who hope that digging up usable pieces of the past will free them from their present stasis. #Relatable
