Interestingly, there is a debate about whether to propose a direct election of the Commission President, thus moving the EU towards more of a presidential system, or whether to push for a central role of the Parliament. I prefer the latter. What do you think?

I suspect that education determines (very significantly) whether a young person is likely to support the democratic opposition or the radical right.

Polish election: breakdown by age. The lesson is that younger people are of course more likely to vote for the democratic opposition, but also more likely for the radical right Konfederacja. Education will play a key role.
Among people under thirty, support for the AfD has been ~higher~ than in the rest of the voting population - both in the state elections of Hessen and Bavaria.
