I think confirmation of changes to DGs etc will come after the hearings
I've been assuming it will be part of TRADE, as Seffy's mission letter doesn't mention any separate task force
My understanding was that Sefcovic would still have a link into Sec-Gen for the UK team, but I think that is tbc
