Torgal really is the best boi! More people need to earn the “You Can Pet the Dog” trophy/achievement, though. Poor Torgal still has over 40% of players on PS5 who haven’t earned it by petting him 5 times! It’s criminal! 😭
Alphen from Tales of Arise is a great character for sure! I love his character development, and how inspirational he becomes — especially how inspiring he was at the end of the game. His quote, “True strength is forgiveness!” gave me chills! He’s definitely a great character!

Oh yes! I’m loving Metaphor: ReFantazio! I’m still only a few hours into it, but I’m loving it so much. So far, Atlus has really done a seriously impressive job with it! 😄
I know the feeling. Final Fantasy XVI is calling. And of course, Clive is calling too. 😁 There’s just so many other games I want to play, & of course all the stuff in life itself. Either way, I understand. A quote from Ursula (The Little Mermaid) might apply, “He is quite the catch, isn’t he?” 😏
I love both these games too! Final Fantasy XVI is an excellent new entry in the Final Fantasy series! I love it so much. The story, gameplay, combat, side quests, & lore had me hooked from beginning to end. Death Stranding has an amazing story too! Plus really unique & cool gameplay! I love it!
If you end up getting interested in the lore of the overall series, I would recommend at least playing all of them once, though. One of my favorite things about Star Ocean is the fascinating lore of the series. But that’s just me. The most important thing is that you focus on what you enjoy. 🙂
Integrity and Faithlessness was okay in my opinion, but not as good as all others. For me, it was mostly because the story kind of rushed toward the end & ended pretty suddenly. The gameplay was fun, though imo. Luckily, for me, The Divine Force was an excellent comeback & much better imo! 🙂
Nice! Glad you’re enjoying The Second Story R! The series as a whole is really awesome in my opinion! I hope you enjoy them! The only one in the series I was slightly disappointed by was Integrity and Faithlessness, but even that one had lots to enjoy too imo. All the others I really love. 😄
