Which RPG/tabletop feeds are worth following on here? Many of the populous ones are bloated by mentions of D&D that are less hobby discussion and more pop culture ubiquity. I don't mind seeing D&D posts if they're substantive, you feel?
Also, some relatively expensive things aren't really luxuries, like "prescription glasses for working at the computer that won't give me a headache." I really need to get on that.

Yeah, I think it’ll probably be safe to throw a few more bucks a month to the folks making little games and podcasts and things that bring a smile to my face. I could really use a few more smiles these days.
I cut back on what I considered luxury spending when I was laid off awhile back, figuring I’d pick those things up again once I found work. In retrospect, I probably did a poor job distinguishing between “wisely frugal” and “I shall wear a horsehair shirt and reject worldly pleasures.”
