I have been forced to read so much about the bsky echo chamber and this is my conclusion: the ONLY possible brag about the US on trans rights is "not fooled by the absolute nonsense from UK TERFS". Their constant surprise that leftists won't listen is a delight every time.

Like don't get me wrong we are TERRIBLE, but at least when they slither in acting all rationale and talking about the major civil rights/feminist issue of our time, the overwhelming response is "we know you're TERFS, go away"

Every single attempt to actually justify a "bsky echo chamber" (as opposed to just stating as an obvious unarguable axiom) has come down to, "I can't be as horrible to trans people on bsky as I can be on Twitter."

I mean, yes, but if you look at who is funding the transphobic bigotry in the UK it is US evangelical far right money.
