Well, a lot of artists have began advertising this place on twitter. Also, I think there are some changes coming that have to do with ai, to twitter. I think people trying to move here and hoping to abandon twitter if there is success in migration.

X changed their TOS to state that they can do whatever they want with any content you post there, including train AI models. No more ability to opt out of their art being used for AI training = lots of angry artists and people following them here.
