Anxiety alert: putting your wallet in a different location than normal Same with credit cards

Heh. I did that yesterday evening, left them in yesterday's trouser pocket instead of my jacket. Cue total bafflement when I patted my jacket pockets at work this morning.🫥 All sorted in 20 mins though, thankfully.

My wallet & gate clicker same size & usually have designated pockets or pouches. Recently went out with no wallet to the op shop oh noo. Really cold need a coffee noooo. Can't carry handbag now on sticks so left wrist pouch, right neck pouch.

I have seen this time and again with my husband. It causes what he calls the “wallet spasm” as he quickly starts patting every pocket with a look of fear in his face.

Same with keys.
