What was discussed in the Q&A section of the Open Source Initiative’s session at Open Source Summit Europe 2024?

Somehow it feels weird to not bring up Facebooks/Metas Llama when the definition of Open Source AI is being discussed, as they're maliciously mislabeling their models as Open Source while Llama is very far away from Open Source :/ Seemingly, the #FOSS ecosystem seems... OK with that?
