Two things occur to me: 1. The most generous interpretation is that Costello got some of this from elsewhere but didn't indicate it was quoting, which is why she claims she didn't write it when it's in a document she overall wrote and sent. 2. Costello is naive to think vaping isn't also Big Tobacco

Does it matter whether it is deluded, deranged or just duplicitous? Either way why should we employ anyone as a Minister making policy for the health sector who doesn't fully believe in modern health practices? #nzpol
