It's a good movie with some excellent performances, but truly, really, extremely optional. Even for film buffs.
I remember that it was obvious for a year that RR would win reelection easily, *especially* after Gary Hart hoisted himself on his own Donna Rice, thus guaranteeing Mondale the nom. We knew it would be easy & certain, but the slaughter wasn't publicly understood until the last several weeks.
I admire the Shield metaphor.
If every lawyer I work with would just spend a solid 90 minutes with "Beautiful Evidence" and read his essay that annihilates Microsoft's default settings in PowerPoint & the pernicious evil that is bullet points, we'd be WAY ahead.
And it really comes through! Brava!
Good visual presentation of information. Lawyers should collect examples of our for their own work. (And read Edward Tufte's beautiful books on the subject.)
