Why not use C&C models for Warhammer

I hadn't gotten into the game industry yet and was working a more corporate job. I was doing this project in the down time, which was frequent. I actually got in trouble because someone found it distasteful that I was making a gun.
It's a pretty rough execution. The chambers don't align with the barrel. The bakes aren't right. But it was a really good learning step.
The first gun I did. 2014. The Colt Navy. Still one of my favorites. This was also the first project I did in PBR. It was new then. It's funny there was a lot of discussion at the time whether PBR would really replace the traditional method. Now it's the default, no question.
Hi! Super happy that a lot of the artists I love found their path here, including you! I love painting armor, beards, and muscle even though I make my living painting little landscape snippets and pretty little things in oil or acrylic.
