She's a foster kid without many friends. Nobody to make a cake for her. To her, it's just another day people forget about her.

How old is she now?

Kenna doesn't really celebrate her birthday. Only one of her 7 foster families ever tried.

Boyd Devlin at least appears this way. He only ever lies by omission. But he clearly has an agenda. Just what it is... nobody knows for certain. But at the very least he doesn't appear to want to hurt Alexa and wants to train her.
