For my sins, I have been watching the Renters' Rights Bill debate. Secretary of State was good. Stella Creasy was good. But striking how few Tory (or, indeed, any opposition party) MPs want to speak.

The Tories are inevitably struggling to tread the fine line between "this is a copy and paste of our bill" and "this is a dreadful bill that will collapse the courts and the rental sector".
