Good News! I just closed on my refinancing. Refinanced my home I’ve boughtit all by myself (still proud of me! Somebody’s gotta) I bought it on 5/2023 YES I lowered my payment few hundreds$$. Doesn’t seem like a lot unless you have to reconfigure your solar plan. That was just one joy today.
