Patient choice is desirable but does increase admin and medial overheads. New surgeon will want to reassess your condition again and the loss of funding may mean the first hospital can’t address the staff and equipment shortages that first caused the problem.

Labour conference edition of the New Statesman is full of advertorials like this, saying yes we need to tackle climate change but here's a bunch of reasons why our particular business needs to keep facilitating carbon emissions. No way we'll get to net zero if they have their way.
