I think both reality TV and comedy have gotten a LOT better about this in the last 10 years or so (CBS's mandate to have at least 50% of the cast of their reality TV shows be marginalized people is really coming through) but anything older you gotta steel yourself so much sometimes.....

It's probably been at least that long since I seriously tried to watch any of them, but Community, How I Met Your Mother, basically any show that people have tried to recommend -- all the jokes are either deeply sexist, racist, or rooted in homophobia. I'd rather spend my time elsewhere.
