This reminds me, did you do an art foundation course at Lincoln? And on that course, did you create a model throne type thing? I ask because I saw such a thing at an open day once, and this inspired me to start modelmaking.

General Art & Design, yeah - which I think was classed as a Foundation course. Don't remember the throne - certainly not mine, anyway.
