that's possible but gold x rank badges (no matter the region) are still an indicator of a certain level of skill and dedication to playing optimally that me getting matched with them shows how little the game cares for SBMM

i mean the game evens out the skill levels of either team, so according to the game you're capable of playing with your team against the other. skill level is subjective though, too many factors to list on what might rise the internal calcs for a win that wasn't really from skill (weapon comps etc)
