Funny how Republicans want government run like a business, but in business, the first guy you get rid of is the one who complains constantly while never doing any work. Apparently that is the ideal elected official for them now.

Don't forget the keeping others from getting any work done, then yelling about their lack of results.

Anyone who declares they want government run like a business should not be permitted within 100 feet of any government. Or business.

From what I hear, complaining constantly while never doing any actual work sounds like real big-corporate CEO and owner energy.

One of the key things I learned in a career in (local) government was "Unlike private business, we don't get to choose our customers." Government is supposed to serve everyone. I suspect that's what Rs would like to eliminate--"problem customers."

How would they prove democracy doesn't work if they elected the competent?

That is Libertarian code for "I want the Government to run like a Profit Center." But it can't. If you let Libertarians run the Country, you're going to get The Business, and you are going to get it Good and Hard.
