Nvr join raffle so idk. Maybe some ppl are capricious. I host raffle now, first one. 2 winners at the end , I plan to deliver only if they follow the rules. If not, I won't stress to do it since I have rules for a reason. Depending on how this one go, ig I will do more when I have time.
