Cecilia and I may be wreaking havoc on the Landgraab family (story in alt text)

With the birth of Nancy's child, we found that the baby was genetically Geoffrey's rather than Cecilia's child, so, Geoffrey petitioned the name Nicolas Landgraab. Cecilia was feeling down about this, expressing to Nancy that she may be ready for her own child with Nancy too...
Malcolm Landgraab, the first born to Nancy and Geoffrey may have been struggling to deal with the new family dynamic, or the stress of his strained relationship with his father, as he passed away shortly after aging from a teen to a Young Adult from a cardiac explosion.
The family is feeling a strange mix of welcoming Nicolas, contemplation of adding another member to the family, and saying goodbye to Malcolm.
