Avoiding the heat as best as I can, sitting in a shaded and air-conditioned room. (While, ironically, heating up my GPU by rendering stuff in Blender. 😆 ) That crest design looks awesome, I'm excited to see what it will look like when finished! 👍

I've been feeling like this for years! 😊 Especially when I discovered how many of my colleagues enjoy painting, photographing or making/composing music outside of their computer science jobs.
A good scientist also has to be creative and be willing to entertain ideas that might seem totally absurd. And most artists I know have a pretty good grasp of science when it comes to fundamentals like lighting or anatomy.
