We are still living in what David Cameron hilariously called a 'communist state', only it's one his gov has to pay for. The UI project seems more like a bunch of CV's for prospective applicants for new state jobs, absent the ability to fund it. Like Scottish indyref madness.

It's not going well. We will never be able to generate the kind of self sufficient economy/tax system that neoliberals delusionally call for & we haven't solved sectarianism, apart from uh, moments where fascists with British & Irish flags unite to target Muslims.
