Having Reed skip out on lunch or Warren and Monet quickly fly off instead of having their meeting, yeah that'd be annoying and disappointing. Even the fact that the Arakko folks would only talk to Storm and not him, because he never went through the ring. I can understand being annoyed by that.

But the incidents with Kitty and Scott and Jean didn't involve anyone behaving thoughtlessly or inconveniencing anyone, they weren't dismissing him. They just had the nerve to receive praise that was directed toward them and not him.
