I 100% get ya, I feel like all the fanservice has been concentrated into only a few shows per season. Some I'm surprised that they were allowed to air. Like; Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete, Futoku no Guild, Isekai Meikyuu de Harem wo.
I'm going to be boring but Chicken noodle soup after getting chilled is one of the most rejuvenating experiences out there.

Keep doing your best, but don't be too down on yourself if you have trouble with it. Anxiety isn't logical, to the disappointment of all of those who say 'don't worry about it.' So the best you can do is not give up and eventually you'll learn how to cope while moving forward at the same time. ❤️
