The music without vocals is so real! I just can't focus with people singing or spitting lyrics. The only exception is when it's a repetitive small sample intertwined in a track.

...The first one is especially important. Means you can spend your energy on what a certain element ACTUALLY needs in context, whether is be an art asset, animation, writing, sound effect, pretty much anything.

I'm not in game dev but I mostly listen to music without vocals when I work as I find it helps me focus better. Great tip 👍
Hard agree on all of this! The music without vocals one isn’t obvious (and may well be different for many) but I realised it gives my brain much needed space to talk to itself.
