Oh God no, not thousands, I hate planting bulbs. Hundreds. Can't do that now though because I can't bend or kneel (hip surgery coming up). Plus, with a landscaped acre out back, I'd go bankrupt buying them!

I'm not a happy bulb-planter either; it's my one garden maintenance indulgence to hire a helper in fall to do that task. All best for your hip surgery!
