Today What I Learned Was the concept of Ruinous Empathy (what a lovely phrase!) as it fits into a care matix. Ruinous Empathy is what happens when you care personally about something or someone but do not engage or challenge it/them directly. It leads to organizational stagnation.

The other four quadrants are Manipulative Insincerity, Obnoxious Aggression and Radical Candor.
