It's very discomfiting knowing that there are some folks who are obsessive enough about lore minutiae that they'll go back and look at superseded draft versions of a book to resurrect details that were purposefully removed. Feels like a weird chilling effect on posting playtest material.

I almost get it - I'm also one of those people who's obsessive enough to check old drafts when I need to find specific info. But, like, I at least know better than to bring it up as though it were a true statement about the finished version of that work. That just feels very weird and almost rude?
