It's the time of year when I implore you to be nice to anyone working in higher education (academic and admin/professional services staff, including librarians!) We are *BUSY* and having to be *VERY FRIENDLY* which is exhausting.

Really enjoyed Ludwig, good fun from start to finish. My only criticism is that lovely though Ella Bruccoleri (of Call the Midwife fame) is, that was the worst American accent I have heard in some time. So bad that I was convinced it was a clue.
I think if it was me (and I'm probably not senior enough to be in this position) I would try a combination of: nice spaces, ways that library staff can support students (and teaching and research staff?), and resources (perhaps benchmarking other institutions or trying to explain why they're good?)
I tried doing it while walking when I was injured, but it was too weird to be constantly told to speed up and run.
I do tend to have a think about phrases. In orthopaedics I often try out 3 and 5 for things like hip* adj3 fractur* - to get fractures of the hip, hip and knee fractures etc. I don't tend to go above 8. But it is more of an art than a science!

Just arranged 4 x 2 teaching sessions across 8 weeks, 2 presenters each, to work for 6 calendars (4 presenters, 2 rooms), mixture of online and in person with different timings. I deserve a medal (or at least a nap).
