god that sucks, so sorry you're dealing with that. if you're willing to try an alternative i have had good results with focalin (dexmethylphenidate) and the supply in WA hasn't been too bad--i only had to wait once in the past several months
1000%. vfs has been tempting at times for me but unless they come up with a version that extends the upper range and doesn't threaten singing ability, im not willing to risk it just yet.

you're so cool for singing in public like that, let alone repeatedly. genuinely! trans singers are the absolute best and it always spurs me a little to practice again every time i hear of someone doing it.
