huh, this is fascinating, and I wish we had more research into why some bodies have outsized needs of specific nutrients (B2 is among the items on this micronutrient protocol I'm ramping up on; I'm just taking 25mg 3x daily at the moment, which felt low to me? but I have no personal benchmarks)
My migraine supplement guidance says 400 mg/d The pills I have (Jamieson brand) are 100 mg each. And they're frustratingly hard to find! I've taken 800 mg today. Outside of migraine season, though, I only take 400 mg/d.
