Really disappointing they've decided to just downgrade all existing customers because they can't manage their own budget.

I suspect they will exit the streaming business fairly soon. It has always seemed a half-arsed service, as an add-on for Prime delivery subscribers, not a freestanding Netflix rival. Most of their included content is old, patchy and free elsewhere.
