PSA for all the parents taking a road trip this summer: audiobooks are an amazing way to entertain kids and cut down on screen time! We borrow audiobook CDs from the library and the kids can listen while they do: coloring, word searches, sudoku, magnets on a cookie sheet, snacks and meals! Win!

Never thought I would write a romance novel, but this summer I am taking a break from kidlit to do just that! It will never see the light of day, but it is incredibly cathartic and great practice for writing a novel length story. For all my fellow #writers out there, I wish you a great summer!
