There's an elementary teacher on youtube I watch sometimes who has talked about her spina bifida and how having an open bathroom policy when she was a kid granted her a measure of privacy and safety when she was a kid so she didn't have to talk about her catheter, & how important that is to students

Wish I could find the video where she mentions it again, but youtube's search function for their shorts kinda sucks 😕
