I can't even imagine the long term toll that is taking on her health, they are literally shortening her life

she’s going to end up with like sepsis spreading to her kidneys this is appalling!!!!!!!

Every time I go in when there are other customers, I ask if she needs to pee & offer to block the door after they leave so she can lock it. She's not allowed to do that, but they can't stop me.
