I'll be honest, I've really not been doing well in the past year or two, but especially in the past couple months

I'm tired all the time, my sleep schedule is terribly offset, I don't have a lot of drive for art or worldbuilding left in me. It's getting harder to climb out of bed every day, and in the past month I've gone outside maybe three or four times
