I just spoke on the phone to one of my best people. She's highly intelligent and is able to put into words things she admires but may not quite understand. And yet, she's going through anxiety, depression, and a host of other issues because of narcissistic and domineering parents.

That's so, so sad. :( I'm very sorry to hear that, but I'm glad she's got folks like you who can see how great she is and tell her even when her brain is lying.
