I bet a lot of dysphoria and dislike for my body I have is rooted in how much it hurts to inhabit. It's all kinds of ouch right now. Plus I'm always tired. Heavy fatigue, meds, poor sleep, poor health. It gets harder to turn the corner back to productive.
