My doctor wanted a report that she expected to be able to read on her computer. It wasn't there. So she said she'd asked it to be faxed to her. Came back to tell me that the person who handled faxes wasn't in. Ridiculous. Faxing isn't hard.
Worked at a university faculty of medicine. Almost all communications with doctors in the communities were by fax.
