I do the same whenever I see his works. Sadly I didn't realise Starry Night was in New York when I visited so missed my chance to see it.
It's in the MOMA. I'm not actually the biggest Van Gogh person but I wanted to see it. The temporary German Expressionism I saw when I was there got to me hardest. No photos allowed for that one but they kept a website archive.
