i feel like this one might work out, because it's not mimicking texture on the surface of paper so much as it's mimicking discolorations in the paper? at very least it kind of gives it a 'scanned traditional' vibe vs 'paint bucket digital' vibe haha (not that i'm trying to fool anybody lmao)

the expressions on their faces stand out so much, I really like them! cant give any 2 cents about your use of colors though, color theory is why i quit art, just dont have an eye for it lol
