question: my publisher needs live text obviously for the most part, but some of my text is like covered up with other balloons or art elements--do you just put masks on that text, or do you rasterize and flatten with the art?? I'll ask them if nobody knows, just curious if there's a convention
like do masks even work between clip studio and Photoshop and InDesign lmao, i don't want to waste my time (and my publisher isn't that familiar with clip, they might not be able to help with this, so if anybody's got advice I'll take it)
if it's black text printed in a word balloon (like one balloon covering another balloon), I'd mask it. They probably want live text for editing purposes, but also it makes it easier to color correct your black text to 100%K (or whatever percentage, for gray text) instead of 4C black
